CHECK OUTS HAVE ENDED FOR THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR
For Hybrid and Distance 1st-5th Grade Students
Until we can be together again in the shared library space, I am excited to offer contact-less book check outs to 1st-5th grade students (offer not available for TK/K students at this time). Here is how:
  • The student ID number will be needed to log in to the catalog
  • View this video (created by Mrs. Primm, Meadows Library Resource Specialist) that explains the hold process
  • The process is the same; select the Grand View library catalog when prompted rather than the Meadows library catalog
  • Place a hold on up to two books at a time
  • Requested books will be delivered to the classroom door ASAP
  • Distance students will be notified by email when requested books may be picked up from the front office
  • Return books to the front office during school hours
  • Returned books will be quarantined following American Library Association guidelines and cleaned before being checked out again
  • Questions? Email Heidi Snively at hsnively@mbusd.org
